💸 Return & Refund Policy

At NutriClub, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

  1. Returns

✅ Eligibility for Return:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product is expired or tampered upon arrival

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used nutrition products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@nutriclub.in with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product name and issue
  • Photo or video evidence of the defect/damage

Once approved, we will coordinate a pickup or request you to ship it back (free of cost if error is on our side).

  1. Refund Policy
  • Full refund will be issued for eligible returns, within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • If paid via COD, we will ask for your UPI or bank details securely
  1. Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped
  • Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but can be returned if eligible
